The Orientation and Assessment Committee
Missions:
- Supervises and monitors the activities of the Chair
- Approves annual budgets presented by the Steering Committee
- Examines annual budget allocation
- Examines annual activity reports presented by the Steering Committee
Members:
- Chairman of the Committee: Alain Bamberger (ParisTech Research Director)
- 3 representatives from VINCI: Christian Caye (VINCI), Raoul Dessaigne (VINCI Construction), Jean-Louis Marchand (Eurovia)
- 3 representatives from schools: Benoît Legait (Director of MINES ParisTech), Phlippe Courtier (Director of École des Ponts Paristech), Rémi Toussain (Director of AgroParistech)
- 3 external qualified experts :
- François Bonis, Environmental expert (Region Ile-de-France)
- Nacima Baron, Geography Professor at Marne la Vallée University, specialist on planning, environmental impacts and economy
- Niklaus Kohler, Professor at Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne and University of Karlsruhe, specialist of Life cycle assessment applied to buildings and towns
Steering Committee
Missions:
- Defines and follows up the research projects
- Prepares exploitation of the results of the research activities
- Defines a dissemination policy
- Elaborates a budget to be presented to the Orientation and Assessment Committee
- Prepares annual activity reports
